Our Why

It is our mission to promote the health and wellness of each person through education, assessment, and services that encourage habits of wellness. Working collaboratively together to increase awareness of factors and resources contributing to your well-being. We aim to inspire and empower individuals to take responsibility for their own health and help create the support needed to meet your weight loss goals.

On a personal level, taking care of one’s body and mind is vital for long-term happiness and success. We believe that “well-being” involves a person’s overall mental and emotional state, especially in terms of how happy or satisfied they are on top of being physically healthy. The physical health aspect of your wellness plan should also be proactive in detecting and preventing serious health risks that affect an individual's emotional state, mental health, social interactions, and professional performance. We want to support people in making healthy choices, encourage habits of wellness, increase awareness of factors and resources contributing to well-being, and inspire individuals to take responsibility for their own health.

  • Hi There! I am excited to help you on your wellness journey. I am a busy wife, mom, and work full-time, so I know anything that can make the difficult journey toward weight loss easier is a huge win. I have been a Family Nurse Practitioner for 10 years, and recently completed my Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner as well. I enjoy spending my time outside of work with my family, traveling, golfing, gardening, and being a chauffeur for my kiddos. I struggled with weight loss after having my daughter at 40 years old and I know how hard it can be. Please email me or reach out if you have any questions prior to booking, and I look forward to working together toward your goals!
